ENGELOPES GAS
WASHERS - AN EFFICIENT AND MUCH MORE ECONOMIC WAY OF ELIMINATING AIR
POLLUTION ! TO QUOTE PRICES, USE THE FOLLOWING TERMS:
FIELD 1: It corresponds to the value of the MAXIMUM air outflow in m3/h
to be dealt with pursuant to values set forth for the process or system of
mechanical exhaustion, paying attention to the fact that this piece of data is very important for the dimensioning
of the IDEAL Gas Washer. For the
IDEAL EFFICIENCY of the Gas Washer to be guaranteed, the latter must be
dimensioned taking into account the average interval for the maximum air
outflow indicated. For instance: For a maximum outflow of 3.100 m3 / h the OL 60 model will be
selected, as it accepts outflows
between 3.000 and 5.000 m3 / h, its MAXIMUM efficiency being obtained for the
LEAST amount of air outflow and vice versa. FIELD 2: It corresponds to the equipment model which, by
virtue of each facility’s characteristics
and space, may be: V - indicating that the
model will be VERTICAL, or H –
indicating that the model will be HORIZONTAL pursuant to drawings and
dimensional tables. FIELD 3: It corresponds to the Gas Washer series which may be:
S – indicating that the
equipment must be supplied with complete STANDARD AUTOMATION for clearing the
pulverizing nozzles and pipes composed of: ELECTRIC RESISTANCE, THERMOSTAT
AND TIMER, TRANSFORMER (indicate voltage in space 6), and PROTECTION CONTROL AGAINST LACK OF
WATER in the tank, or; G -
indicating that the equipment must be supplied without any automation for
clearing the pulverizing nozzles and pipes. FIELD 4 : It
corresponds to the electric supply available in the place equipment has been
installed and aims to adequate the Electric pump and the Transformer, the
latter ONLY in case of the S series and which may be: 1 – 110 VOLTS /
ONE-PHASE / 60 HZ 2 - 220 VOLTS /
THREE-PHASE / 60 HZ 3 – 380 VOLTS /
THREE-PHASE / 60 HZ 4 –
440 VOLTS / THREE-PHASE / 60 HZ; for
other values, preliminary inquiry should be made. FIELD 5: It corresponds to the
EXTERNAL GREASE TRAP in relation to the tank and which may be: 1 – equipment WITH
External Grease Trap or 2 –
equipment WITHOUT External Grease Trap. FIELD 6: It corresponds
to the method of draining water from the equipment’s tank, which may be: 1 –MANUAL draining
through a gate valve, or 2 –AUTOMATIC OPTIONAL
draining with the use of a Motorized Valve and Timer. FIELD 7: It corresponds to the
SPECIAL RESERVOIR for the automatic addition of ENGEBAC detergent and
may be: 1 – equipment WITHOUT
the Special Reservoir, or 2 –
equipment WITH the Special Reservoir for the addition of ENGEBAC detergent. FIELD 8: It corresponds
to the supply of equipment with
REGULAR construction for non-aggressive processes or SPECIAL construction for extremely
aggressive processes, and which may be: 1 – equipment with
REGULAR construction, or 2 –
equipment with SPECIAL construction, previously informing the type of process
where the equipment will be used. FILL IN THE FIELDS BELOW FOR PRICE QUOTING: |
