ENGELOPES GAS WASHERS - AN EFFICIENT AND MUCH MORE ECONOMIC WAY OF ELIMINATING AIR POLLUTION!

GUIDE TO INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR THE OL GAS WASHER.

1. Before placing the gas washer into operation, all its electric, hydraulic connections of water supply drainage should be provided.

2. Always install the exhauster right after the Gas Washer air outlet.

3. To avoid damage to the pump or the electric resistance, the washer should only be activated with the level of water in the tank full and with the water level control already installed, as indicated below.

4. The use of the transformer will only be necessary in the event the location does not have 110 volts single phase voltage and always supplied based on the information of the buyer.

5. When installed, the resistance, the timer and thermostat should only receive 110 volts/1f.

6. If necessary, the pump should be adjusted to the triple phase voltage of the location (220 or 380 volts)

7. Check the pump rotation direction and, if necessary, invert the connection of only two wires.

8. Electrical interlock between the gas washer and the exhauster should be provided for joint operation and economy of electric energy.

9. Always check if the timer has the correct adjustment according to the table (check the pins).

10. The effective air outflow of the exhauster should not go beyond the nominal maximum of the gas washer, since due to the air speed at the outlet, a large capture and leaking of water can occur.

HALF YEARLY

1 EACH 12 HOURS

AVERAGE

FORTNIGHTLY

QUARTERLY

1 EACH 8 HOURS

Note 1 : ( * ) Model " g " does not have an automatic cleaning system (see electric diagram).

Note 2 : ( * ) The timer automatically controls the ideal internal cleaning cycles of the washer, activating the electric resistance which heats the water contained in the tank, clearing the pulverizing nozzles, the pump and internal piping.

Note 3 : ( * ) In the timer, each of the raised pins corresponds to 30 minutes with the resistance on, and may be adjusted according to the requirements and with energy saving.

Note 4 : Model " g " must have the tank water replaced on a weekly basis.

CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICES MORE FREQUENTLY PERFORMED:

PROBLEM

CORRECTION

1. PUMP DOES NOT WORK AND NOZZLES DO NOT INJECT WATER.

A. CHECK AND CORRECT THE GENERAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY.

B. CHECK IF THE ENGINE IS NOT IN SHORT CIRCUIT.

2. PUMP WORKS, BUT NOZZLES DO NOT INJECT WATER.

A. CHECK AND CORRECT THE WATER LEVEL IN THE TANK.

B. REGULATE THE HEIGHT OF THE REGISTER FLOAT OF THE TANK.

C. CHECK AND CLEAN THE SUCCTION FILTER IN CASE IT IS OBSTRUCTED.

3. PULVERIZING NOZZLES DO NOT FORM A COMPACT AND SPIRAL FAN.

A. CHECK AND CORRECT THE ROTATION DIRECTION OF THE PUMP.

B. DRAIN AND REPLACE WATER AND CLEAN THE TANK'S INTERIOR.

C. INCREASE THE HEATING PERIOD OF THE WATER IN THE TANK.

D. REMOVE THE PULVERIZING NOZZLES, LET WATER CIRCULATE FOR 30 MINUTES AND CLEAN THE NOZZLES MANUALLY.

E. USE OUR "ENGEBAC" PRODUCT IN CASE THE PROBLEM HAPPENS CONSTANTLY, DUE TO HIGH GREASE CONTENT.

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE OTHER CHEMICAL PRODUCTS IN THE WASHER.

4. THE ELECTRIC RESISTANCE DOES NOT HEAT THE WATER TO AN IDEAL TEMPERATURE (BETWEEN 60 AND 800 C MAXIMUM)

A. CHECK AND CORRECT THE GENERAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY.

B. CHECK AND CORRECT TIMER ADJUSTMENT.

C. CHECK AND CORRECT THERMOSTAT ADJUSTMENT.

D. CHECK AND CORRECT ELECTRIC RESISTANCE OPERATION.

5. WATER LEAKAGE THROUGH WASHER'S AIR OUTLET.

A. CHECK AND CORRECT THE POSITION OF THE DROPS ELIMINATORS LOCATED IN THE INTERIOR OF THE GAS WASHER.

B. REDUCE AIR OUTFLOW FROM THE EXHAUSTOR UP TO THE MAXIMUM NOMINAL VALUE ACCEPTED BY THE RESPECTIVE GAS WASHER.
